Since 1998, the ABA has funded Annapolis’ “Flowers by the Bay,” one of the country’s finest urban beautification programs. The ABA also funds the festive decorations and lights throughout the holiday season and for Midnight Madness and Midnight Madness II. These events transform downtown Annapolis into a holiday wonderland every December.
